3.12.2011 – Bieg Mikołajkowy na Kabatach, dystans 10 km, prawie 500 uczestników – brawo dla organizatorów!  A dla mnie czas na podsumowanie tego roku. Dokładnie 3 miesiące wcześniej (3.09.2011), również na Kabatach  rozpoczęła się moja oficjalna „zabawa” w bieganie. Wziąłem po raz pierwszy udział w zorganizowanych zawodach- trafiło na  Grand Prix Warszawy 2011, dystans 10 km.

Zacząłem biegać w czerwcu, we wrześniu wspomniany udział w GPW na Kabatach , a potem Biegnij Warszawo, GPW na Mokotowie, Bieg Niepodległości w Gdyni. W okresie tych 6 miesięcy przebiegłem prawie 600 km, średnio po 100km w miesiącu. Dla jednych to mało , dla innych dużo.. Dla mnie to tegoroczny sukces. Nie wierzyłem, że zacznę biegać a dystans 10 km nie będzie stanowił dla mnie tajemnicy..

Na przyszły 2012  rok wyznaczam sobie cele:
1/ udział na wiosnę w półmaratonie (Warszawa „lub” a może „i” Berlin),
2/ udział na jesieni w maratonie
i podstawowy – poprawić czasy i tempo 🙂

A teraz czas na treningi – plan na jutro – spróbować w końcu dystans 20 km……
