Biegam średnio 3-4 razy w tygodniu, generalnie o poranku ok godz. 5.30-6.30 przed wyjściem do pracy. Tak jest w większości przypadków, czasami jednak zmieniam harmonogram i biegam wieczorem. Trzeba przyznać że na jesieni lub zimą są to raczej „ciężkie” godziny. W odsieczy jest weekend i pora biegania jest już tutaj bardziej „ludzka” 🙂
Jest jednak coś specyficznego w bieganiu wczesnym rankiem – nastrój, widok zaspanego miasta, czy też „samotność” na leśnych ścieżkach, tego nie da się opisać. Wieczór też ma swoje uroki. Każdy wybiera to co mu pasuje.

Dzisiaj (4.12.2011) był sukces, nagroda za te kilka miesięcy w czasie, których wybiegałem już prawie 600 km,  po raz pierwszy przebiegłem dystans 20 km. 🙂  🙂  To już nie jest 5, 10, 15 km. To było moje ciche marzenie układając trasę na dzisiejszy trening wraz z trasą alternatywną gdybym nie dał jednak rady.

Plan aby na wiosnę wystartować w półmaratonie staje się więc coraz bardziej realny. Hurra !
